• Your workout data (stored locally on device only)
• Usage analytics or tracking data

We DO collect:

• Email address for customer support (optional, only if you contact us)
• Payment information is processed by Apple through In-App Purchases

2. How We Use Information

Information collected is used only to:

• Provide customer support when requested
• Support customers with App Store subscription questions

Note: Subscriptions are managed entirely through the App Store. We do not collect or store payment information.

3. Third-Party Services

Apple App Store processes payments and manages subscriptions:

• Payment information is handled entirely by Apple
• We receive only confirmation of active subscriptions
• No payment details are shared with or stored by ZetaReps

Your data is protected by:

• iOS sandbox security (app can only access its own data)
• Local storage (workout data stored on device with SwiftData)
• iOS data protection encryption

5. Your Rights

You can:

• Delete all data by uninstalling the app
• Request data deletion by contacting support

6. Website Analytics

Our website (www.zetareps.com) uses Umami Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to understand how visitors use our website:

• No cookies or tracking pixels
• No personal data collected
• No cross-site tracking
• Only anonymized, aggregated statistics (page views, referral sources)
• Full GDPR compliance

Important: Website analytics are separate from the app. The ZetaReps application itself collects NO analytics, telemetry, or usage data.
